How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 hours, and sometimes faster. You'll receive email and SMS notifications (if opted in) once your application is approved or if we need additional information.
What are factoring fees?
Factoring fees are deducted from your gross load payment based on the payment speed you choose: 48-Hour ACH (2%), 24-Hour Quick Pay (3%), or Same-Day ACH (5%). You can select different options for each load.
When is the same-day cutoff?
Same-day ACH requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST to be processed the same business day. Requests after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day at 9:00 AM EST. Available Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays).
Can I track my application status?
Yes! After submitting your application, you'll receive verification emails and SMS to create your secure carrier portal account. Once set up, you can log in anytime using the "Carrier Login" button at the top of this page to track your application status.
What documents do I need?
You'll need: Bank ACH Verification Letter (on bank letterhead), Voided Check, W-9 Form, Driver's License (front and back), Certificate of Insurance, and MC Authority Letter. All documents must be clear and legible.
Can I update my banking information later?
Yes, you must notify our accounting department immediately if your banking information changes. Contact us at 888-296-3790 or [email protected] to update your account details securely.
